How do I contact someone from your company?

How do I find a size chart for your products?

There is a Unique size chart listed on each product page, near the image.

ORDERS

How do I place an order?

Add desired items to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click "Checkout." To create an account for easier tracking of your order, and to have information stored in our system for future orders, please sign up using your e-mail address. Billing and shipping information must be filled out. Payment information is entered at the bottom of the screen.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & PayPal.

Can I pay by check?

We do not currently accept payments by check.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders with valid credit card approvals will be processed within 1-3 business days. Express orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm EST time will not be processed until Monday or the following business day, unless otherwise noted

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer USPS, FedEx and UPS. Please note that free shipping promotions are for USPS ground shipments only. USPS is now offered to all APO/FPO customers.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Fenwick Equestrian® ships internationally via the USPS. If you are not able to obtain shipping price information, please Contact Us for shipping rates. Shipments via UPS and FedEx to addresses outside the United States are generally subject to duties, taxes (such as VAT), customs brokerage, and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction. These charges are in addition to the product price and any shipping and insurance charges you've paid to Fenwick Equestrian®. Please contact your local authorities for specific information.

After I place my order, when will my card be charged?

Your credit card will be authorized once your order is placed.

How do I track the status of my order?

If you created an online account when you placed your order, you can log in with your e-mail address and password to view your order status. If no account was created upon order, you can enter the order number online to check the status or call our customer service team at 803.420.1184

How do I use a promotion code?

The promotion code must be entered in the promotional code field at checkout.

Why should I create an account with Fenwick Equestrian®?

Once you create an account, you are able to view the status of any order at any time. Creating a profile will also speed up the checkout process for future orders, because we will have your shipping details and preferences saved.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders shipped via USPS ground, FedEx ground or UPS ground can arrive within 5-7 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday) once processed. Express orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Please note: FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. USPS does not deliver on Sundays.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. There is no markup on shipping rates. We give free domestic USPS ground shipping on orders over $99.00.

Do you ship to APO/FPO ?

Fenwick Equestrian® ships to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. APO is used for Army and Air Force and FPO is used for Navy. To ship to an APO or FPO address, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following:
- The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"
- The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP"
- You must enter your Zip code.
Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number Here is a sample APO address: PFC JOHN DOE PSC 3 BOX 4120 APO AE 09021 If an existing shipping address automatically populates, please correct where necessary.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

What is your return policy?

You may return Retail priced items in original, un-used/un-worn condition sold and fulfilled by Fenwick Equestrian® within 14 days (NO EXCEPTION) of order ship date for a full refund minus shipping/handling fees or within 60 days for store credit minus shipping/handling fees. Items must be returned in their original packaging with hangtags, along with original sales receipt.

What do I do if my product is defective?

We stand behind the workmanship of each and every product we make. If you feel your item is defective or failing prematurely, please call our customer service team at 803.420.1184 for a quick resolution.

How do I return or exchange a product I purchased?

You may exchange Retail priced items in original, un-used/un-worn condition sold and fulfilled by Fenwick Equestrian® within 14 days (NO EXCEPTION) of order ship date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with hangtags, along with original sales receipt. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Any item returned with missing parts or not in its original, un-used/un-worn condition will not be exchanged and the item will be discarded or sent back at your own choice and expense. Please inspect your exchange carefully before sending it.

How long does it take to get a response after submitting a request on the contact page?

We always do our best to respond quickly, but please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.

How do I wash the apparel items?

Turn items inside out and machine wash in cold or warm water using mild detergent. Tumble dry on low. For items with moisture wicking properties, avoid using fabric softener. Avoid liquid chlorine bleach.

How do I wash saddle pads?

Wash saddle pads separately in warm water using mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or hang over railing to dry. For items with moisture wicking properties, avoid using fabric softener. Avoid liquid chlorine bleach.

How many washes will your garments go through and still hold their color?

We do product testing on all products that are a minimum of 25 times wash/dry/wear cycles. With that, we recommend for maximum color fastness, that customers close all fasteners (zippers, Velcro, snaps, etc) and wash their garments inside out. This will extend the life and color of their products. We do use premium materials and dyestuff, so as to get premium life from our products.

Are your garments true to size?

Yes, Sizing should run true to size and in accordance with industry standard.

How do I wash the Liquid Titanium® products?

LIQUID TITANIUM®

How long does the Liquid Titanium® last in the fabric?

We have been using our products, specifically the blankets for 10 years with positive results. Since titanium is a metal and not a ceramic powder or synthetic molecule, it appears to be quite resilient.

How long does it take to see results with Liquid Titanium products?

Of course, it varies with each product, horse or person, but with our Liquid Titanium Mask, we have seen a visible change in the horse’s attitude in as little as 10 minutes. Normally we see results with the blankets within 30 minutes. People have indicated to us that they can feel relief from arthritis pain using the gloves within minutes. Again, every horse and person are different, but there is no warmup period or maximum length of time the product can be worn, so our products are quite safe.

How do I wash the Liquid Titanium® products?

Wash in cool or warm water using mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. For items like our Liquid Titanium®, with excellent moisture wicking properties, avoid using fabric softener. Avoid liquid chlorine bleach. Whenever possible, turn inside out to wash and always close fasteners, zippers and Velcro. It is recommended to hang to dry when possible to keep the freshness in the fabric. Our fabric loves sunshine!

Can the titanium metal hurt me?

The answer is no. If you recall, the medical profession changed to titanium implants many years ago.

Titanium: The Medical Metal of Choice

Osseointegration is a unique phenomenon where your body’s natural bone and tissue actually bond to the artificial implant. This firmly anchors the titanium dental or medical implant into place. Titanium is one of the only metals that allows for this integration.
